To ensure your new plant arrives in the very best condition, we strongly recommend selecting 1-Day or 2-Day shipping. Tropical plants are sensitive to extended periods in transit, and faster shipping greatly reduces plant stress and transit-related damage.

Packaging & Protection

All plants are packed using reliable methods designed to safeguard foliage, stems, and roots during travel. Because we ship Nation wide all of our plants are shipped bare root. Every shipment includes:

Moisture control to prevent dehydration

For customers in colder regions, heat packs are available for an additional cost and can be added to your order to protect your plants from extreme temperatures.
