At Sammie-Pie’s Secret Garden & Jungle Room, we take great pride in offering healthy, well-acclimated exotic tropical plants. Because plants are living items that can be sensitive to their environment, our return and refund guidelines ensure fairness while protecting the health of our collection.

All Plant Sales Are Final

Due to the delicate, living nature of tropical plants, all sales are final once an order has shipped.

Live Arrival Concerns

If your plant arrives in poor condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Include the following:

Clear photos of the plant
Images of the packaging
Your order number

We will review the situation and determine the best available resolution, which may include partial credit, a discount, or a replacement, if stock allows.

Please note that transit delays, weather exposure, and carrier mishandling are outside our control once the package is in transit.

Non-Plant Items

Non-living merchandise (pots, accessories, décor) may be eligible for return within 7 days if unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
