Deep near-black foliage, broad Carlablackiae silhouette, surface quilted between the veins in a way that catches light differently depending on the angle. Lime-green venation runs from a bright central junction across the whole leaf. Burgundy-pink petioles at the base. Active new growth coming in copper. This is an 8" established plant, not a starter cutting — multiple leaves, multiple growth points, roots settled and working.
