Anthurium Blue Besseae Aff — 6" Pot | Near-Black Velvet, Neon Chartreuse

The leaf surface is near-black — not dark green, not deep green, genuinely near-black — with primary veins running electric chartreuse from the center out to the margins. There is nothing subtle about the contrast. The Blue Besseae Aff form carries that iridescent blue emergent characteristic before the leaves harden, and what they harden into is this. One leaf in the right light will stop a room.

This plant was grown here at Sammie-Pie's Secret Garden in Pearl River, Louisiana from an immature specimen — not imported, not freshly landed, not adjusting to a new environment. It is currently flowering. Six inch pot, one available. Local pickup welcome.
