Alocasia Black Velvet Pink Variegated / BVP — 3" | High Expression

The contrast between near-black velvet tissue and heavy pink sectors is doing exactly what it is supposed to do on this one — the dominant leaf is running roughly half cream-to-pink against the characteristic dark velvet surface of reginula Black Velvet, and the newest emerging leaf is leaning even further into the bleached end of the spectrum. Two leaves, both making a statement, in a three inch pot.
